We accept Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Cheque/Moneyorder as payment.

Orders within Australia are sent via the $4.90 Aud Standard Australia post satchels or the $6.80 Aud Express Sachels, which both are good for up to 500 grams. Larger/heavier orders such as heli kits, please select the $12.50 Aud express satchel postage option. If all items that are ordered are in stock, the package will go out as soon as payment arrives. It will tell you if items are out of stock, but generally all items are in stock all the time unless we receive bulk orders, which could mean it may take a couple of days to restock. Express post satchels insure fast (1-2 days) delivery time which is also registered. Standard post sachels vary, any where between 2-5 days throughout Australia. Overseas orders/bulk orders, please contact us for shipment prices. We regularly ship world wide, no matter how big the order is. Overseas orders generally go by Airmail, or special orders go by Fed ex if arranged earlier.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If the item(s) you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it may be considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you E-Mail us before taking any action.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please E-Mail us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
